This time, it's a single-story, 3bed/1bath room home including garage. It is completely unfurnished except for the plumbing in the bathroom.

Asthetically speaking, the budget allowed a few trees. I could have put more, but it's only a 2x3 lot and it would have looked over crowded for my taste.

Thanks to Numenor for the wooden stairs for that is the extent of custom content.

This lot is also has no hacks and it has been run through Clean Installer.

And for those that are wondering, this house is moderately priced at $19,042. What a value, what a deal.
