1 bedroom unfurnished home for under $18,000

I'll have NL Monday so this will be my last Uni upload. It's a 1 bed/1 bath home with a woodstove. Plumbing is included in the bathroom but the rest of the house is unfurnished. The reason for it being unfurnished is because the family can build aspiration points for furnishing the house.

This house was built using Maxis objects except for the wooden stairs and thanks to Numenor for that. I only download from MTS2 so that is where I originally got them.

I cleaned this upload with the Clean Installer so there aren't any hacks.

Asthetically speaking, there are a couple of trees in the yard and also a pond. This would make a great addition to any neighborhood.

I would appreciate any and all feedback regarding this lot. Thanks in advance for taking the time to download my house and I hope you enjoy.
