Greetings to All,
I have another offering - this time some pretty recolors of the Maxis Merokkan Bazaar Sofa created from the original base game content. These were created using the newest Beta version of SimPE (v48c) with the newest version of the Color Enable Package - CEP3 (v3.1). You will need the CEP to use these recolors in your game. All Credit for these tools that made these downloads possible, belong to Numenor, RGiles and Quaxi.
I love this set, especially now that Windkeeper and Numenor have created a single-tile chair to match the set - Surprise ! With this in mind, I thought we needed some more colors in the game to liven things up a bit. Warning - the colors are bold! These of course will show up marked as custom content. You will find them with all the Merokkan (Bazaar) Sofas, Loveseats and now the new chair, too, in the Comfort category under Seating.
There are 9 packages in all and each one is named by their color and zipped into one file for convenience. Once they are unzipped, it will be easy to extract just the ones you want - some or all. This is the main recolor file, they need to go in your Downloads folder for the colors to work with the Love Seats and Chairs. There is also a fourth Sofa pattern, it's the one that matches Windkeeper's chair shown below for viewing purposes. Somehow I overlooked this one and I hope to rectify this soon.

Important Update: For another special treat, Sandy of Around the Sims 2, has an Ottoman, that matches the original four Sofa colors. You may get her mesh and her Merokken recolors at her site. These are gorgeous creations and very nicely done - perfect for Night Life.
