3 BR, 2 Bath, 2 Garage, open living + kitchen, spacious hallway (another room [COLOR=Yellow]=p[/COLOR] ), and patio. Not Furnised, and no custom contend in the simpack, but the wallpaper from the snapshots can be found here http://www.tribeccasims2.com/ . You can watch sims dive and swim from the living area and the master bathroom. It's cool for making movies or sim's parties. i had to use a cheat for stairs and pool, so SAVE before you try to remodel anything. Costs $54,971. Im going to try and make a cheeper version of this too.
