Another house with view into pool

This should work with or without EP's. If there are any problems, let me know. i have Uni and NL on my comp and i did my best to use content from the original game. unfurnished, I did not decorate At All. I'm leaving that up to you, I just made the house and painted it white. It has the most basic colors in the game. 2 BD, 2 BR, livingroom, kitchen, 2 balconies, a deck, has space for a garage if you choose to build one, No custom content. Costs $43,676. If you want to make any changes to the house it might be a good idea to save right before you do so.
Also, if you have any architecture ideas or blueprints and not sure how to do it, let me know. Im up for a challenge. ~ Enjoy ~
