After reading the tutorial on Split Level homes, i had to try one out. 3 bedrooms, one master bath with small pool, 2 garage, kitchen + Living area, deck coming off the living-kitchen area, and 2 other small rooms to do whatever you please. I had to use a Boolprop cheat to make this house. Only cheat used. ~HACK FREE~ , of course. Cost: $153,748 .
