After reading the tutorial on Split Level homes, i had to try one out. 3 bedrooms, one master bath with small pool, 2 garage, kitchen + Living area, deck coming off the living-kitchen area, and 2 other small rooms to do whatever you please. Not really furnished, just a few counters and plumbing. Heres the link to thread with the tutorial. http://modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=94330 . There is no custom content. I had to use a Boolprop cheat to make this house. Only cheat used. ~HACK FREE~ , of course. Cost: $153,748 . Please feel free to do whatever you want with the house, and contact me if anything dosent work right. Enjoy
