Greetings all,
Although I have created several lots for my game, this is the very first I have uploaded. I originally wanted to put the back half of the house on stilts (pillars), but was unable to figure it out; maybe the next house using stacked walls (who knows).
The house features a modern fireplace in its formal living room, separate formal dining room with terrace access, an eat-in kitchen, a family room also with terrace access adjacent to the 2 car garage and laundry room. There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. With a private balcony, the second largest bedroom has a separate entrance to the bath. The master bathroom has a glass and block-glass shower. Skylights are located above the indoor botanicals, hallway and master bath shower.
The terrace is tiled with Maxis marble, and includes a drop off lap pool and modern fountain. The fountain, yucca plant, rock light and potted plants were placed using the snapObjects and moveObjects cheats. The rock light is not included per the instructions of the creators (can be found at www.simshoppe.com).
This is a large lot (5x5) that's approximately 149,000 simoleons and is unfurnished.
There are no hacks (used S2PCI to verify), however there is some custom content included:
ModernSimsObjects (www.m-sims-o.com): outside garage lights, seamless window frames.
Mango-Sims (www.mangosims2.free.fr): fountain, yucca plant, round recessed ceiling lights, master bathroom tub-sinks-table & mirrors.
4everSimfantasy (www.simfantasy.free.fr): front doors, glass railing/fence (terrace), potted plants, block-glass window.
Sunair Sims (www.sunairsims.enorth.com.cn): outside front door lights, stove hood/vent.
