Hey everyone,

My name is Icey1 I'm Bzegrls husband. I saw Bzes trailor on here so I thought I might try my hand at a duplex. Hope you like.

This is a large southwestern style duplex. All plumbing and electrical is already installed. Each side has two bathrooms, one bedroom, an office, and a spacious kitchen/dining area. Also each has a large living/family room.

This was made as a duplex that could easily be expanded to house two medium sized families. Or it can easily be converted to a large home for the sim who has to have two of everything. lol

I made this using only Maxis content. It has been scanned and repacked with The Sims2pack CleanInstaller. It's virus free and has been tested in game.

This looks very nice in game. Enjoy, but please keep for personal use only.
