Good morning all,

Today I bring you my second and probably my last trailor, I'm not sure yet. I might do some more if I was begged...nicely...LOL Just kidding.

This one is all Maxis items. There is no custom content.

This one has an open floor plan and is easy to navigate. It comes with all the items and objects you might find here in the real world. Like lights, counters, sinks, and yes...a toilet. I even left the Built-In breakfast nook/dining area. How nice am I? hehe. It has a very spacious bathroom and the second bedroom on this one could easily accomodate twins. The master bedroom has its very own walk-in closet, and direct access to the bathroom. It also comes with an exclusive, above ground, No-dough Boy pool. Off of the main hallway there is a utility closet for your washing machine and dryer. I left this one unfurnished so you all can put your wonderful creativity to work. ; ) And I think the tenants that just moved out left a Mini-van there. They may be back to get it, if not do what you like with it.

You will NEED to have both expansion packs in order for this to work. I think the kitchen and dining room are comprised mostly from Nightlife.

This has been scanned and repacked with the Clean Installer. It is virus free and hack free.

This is my favorite one so I hope you all enjoy it. It plays well in the game. I just moved one of my favorite simmie families in ! I believe it runs around 41,000 simoleons. I will have to check... I can be so scatterbrained sometimes!
