Hello everybody. I thought it was high time that I began to repay the large debt of downloads that I have gotten from MTS2. "My second home" : ) Here is my first humble offering. I have not seen many trailors around the community. Hey, everyone can't live like queens & kings. Anyway, so... I made one.

It's a double-wide trailor with a master bedroom; including a walk-in closet. A second smaller bedroom, with it's own walk-in closet. An open style kitchen and living room area. It has a lovely little yard and a small enclosed back porch. It does come furnished. I think the price was around $65,000. (o.k, so a motherlode may be required)

I built it with mainly Maxis material. However..in the pics you will see the absolutely georgous Scarborough Kitchen Cabinets by RGiles. These are NOT included. You can find them right here on MTS2, at www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=55554. Thank you RGiles for such wonderful work! The uppermost cabinet was created/altered my Aimoss, with RGiles permission and is also here at /showthread.php?t=62771
Also in the pics is Fleabay's Antique water pump. I tried with no avail to contact him for permission to use his pic. The actual water pump is NOT included and can be found here at MTS2 as well, at /showthread.php?t=46891
If the use of this pic is a problem, please contact me and I will remove it .S.A.P. I do not wish to tread upon any toes. ; ) And finally, the custom water was created by me. (it's called "frozen pond") and is included.

This package was scanned with TheSims2Pack CleanInstaller. It is virus free. If there are any problems, let me know and I will try and fix it.

Thanks to all the modders out there for the inspiration!

Edit* I was able to reach Fleabay yesterday and he did give me permission to use his photo. Thank You Fleabay!

Edit* While playing this in my game I realized that the gardener can not get to the flowers on the end of the trailor. Sorry. I didn't think of that when I put them there. But they are easy to remove, or you could even put some potted plants there. : )

*Please remember to rate...I would like to know what you think. It also makes me feel like doing more when you hit the Thanks button. Thank you. :D
