Led me to try to recreate it as best as possible.

So this is the result. A house with a huge basement, overhung deck and a big garage.Inside you'll find ample kitchen space, a living and family room, and an open dining room. The Living Room has a vaulted celing and a fireplace, while the Den features rich wood work. Both of theese rooms feature access to a walkout porch. The second floor features 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a long hallway connects all of them. The basement features 2 large rooms for expansion, a small pool, and a huge garage with plenty of space for extra items. The outside decor is where the house shines. Bushes and shrubs decorate the driveway and sides of the house, while trees are placed in strategic locations to cover the windows (If your sims had an electric bill, I bet this would help). The whole house is in a shade of white stucco with trim.

The house sits on a 50x40 lot.

Seriously people, the screen shots speak more for the house, and even they barely do it justice. It came out 100x better than i ever would have suspected. Thanks to karebearlova1022 for the design request. I hope you really enjoy it, lemme know if you do.
