Little lots - Beach Bum Bar

I usually tend to go OTT on builds, and make enormous grandiose lots that take days to do, and have everything in the world in them. I have recently set myself a challenge to make a set of small, single purpose lots because:
They are quick and fun to build
I can use fun themes
They look great in the neighbourhood
They are less demanding on your poor PC
They are very servicable when your sim only has one reason to leave the house.
They bring variety.
They make great businesses for OFB.

So here we have a beach bar. There is a beach, there is a bar. There is a pool to swim in, and some instruments to play on. There are hot tubs, and barbeques and a bonfire.

I have based the theme on the Tiki set from Seasons.

You will need ALL THE EPs. If you are foolish enough to try and place this in your 'hood, with an EP missing, your game will crash! If you ignore my advice and crash your game, I will accept no responsibility, it is your own daft fault.
I also have all the stuff packs, this should not effect the lot however, as I believe it does not contain any stuff pack stuff.
