I HIGHLY RECOMMEND INSTALLING THIS CUSTOM CONTENT TO COMPLETE THE LOOK OF THE HOUSE. If it's not installed, it should still work fine, but you may have some unusual-looking curtains on the exterior of the house .
I used these excellent placeable wooden shutters from JWoods. You can download them here. Although, the house should look okay if you wish not to install them.

The First Floor
Contains 7 rooms:
2-story great room w/ fireplace and formal dining table for up to 6
small den with computer
library with desk and seating
master bedroom with doublebed and a walk-in-closet (heh -- well really it's just a dresser in a separate room with an arch. hey, close enough! )

large kitchen with informal breakfast area

The Second Floor
Also seven (smaller) rooms:
hallway with view of grand room
a medium bedroom (yellow room) with attached bathroom w/ shower
two small bedrooms (red and blue rooms) with shared bathroom (I had too much fun with these rooms... exactly the same, except one's blue and one's red :P)
small storage room (5x2 tiles)
