Another Uni building, a small residence hall. It has some double rooms, which haven't been any problem to use. I would recommend that your Sims take either the single room or have two of your Sims share a double room, because if your Sims claims half a double, and an NPC takes the other half, you'll have to direct your Sims to go into the room before the bed will appear.
