(the 2nd story is actually the third as the L stairs are being used per MikesInside) The Master Suite features a huge walk-in-closet that you can use as a gym/study/ bedroom/whatever. The kitchen/nook is open to the familyroom with a sunroom on back. There is a formal dining room and living room w/ fireplace on the right side.

In the garage you will find a small storage area in the back left corner. The utility room is next to it. You could combine the rooms for another nice study/gym area.

No custom content was used. Home is on a 3x3 lot. Mostly unfurished, with only the upstairs bath fixtures in place.
