So, my sims needed a bigger place, so I went to dreamhomesource.com and did a search. And I made this. It's pretty big, and will probably require at least a mid-level machine to run. It's semi furnished (things you'd normally get with a house sold with appliances. Kitchen, baths).

This lot will require:
Invisible driveway recolor.
http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=90875
Fireplace recolor:
http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=39859 (the white brick-stone one).
The lot should work without these, however, you loose the effect. Remember that for the fireplace you have to recolor each piece seperatly, if you decided to download that part later (after seeing how yicky it is in red brick. I looked...eww).
The lot will also require the egg topiary from thesims2.com.
One final note on the screenshots. This is a six-by-six lot. The house takes up three quarters of the lot and is completed there with gardening, etc. The last third of the lot is empty in the upload. My sims have a home buisness there that was almost entirely made of custom content. I decided that the prudent idea would be to remove everything from the rightside of the house, the building, everthing and leave the new owner to determine what went there. There's more than enough space for a home buisness, or a swimming pool, or guest house. So, in the screenshots you see bits and pieces of the toystore that is overthere, but that is not included, so don't worry about it. (I installed this version into a different Nhood and put a poolhouse there. It works well!)
