Basic appliances included: lights, 2 toilets (expensive), shower and shower/tub combo (expensive), fridge (expensive), trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also sports a TV, a fireplace, chess set, 2 easels, outdoor grill, pool, dresser, aquarium, and a driveway (no car).

Expandability: No.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
