Description:

In the city real estate does not come cheap, and for Sims in the City there is no exception. Commuting is tedious and some Sims simply cannot resist being close to all the coffee shops, museums and nightclubs. With this in mind, The Eedgan Construction Company has designed a range of city houses to cater for the needs of these Sims.

All houses in the range are compact but functional. House #11 in the range is a modern home built on two levels. The ground level has a spacious livingroom with study area, kitchen, dining area, kids bedroom, full bathroom and garage. The upper level contains the main bedroom and en suite. There is a large recreation area on the upper level (unfurnished) or the space can be used as additional bedrooms for a growing family.

The house is fully furnished and landscaped. Car by Fresh Prince - is not included.
