I entered a contest My Miny Place
that required me to build a lot of 1x2 or 2x1. However, immediately after I uploaded my entry – I realised that I did not really like the house, so I decided to change my entry, but applications ended before I could upload my second attempt. Well that loss is your gain. This is the house I created – it is one of my personal favourites and is very player-friendly.





The house is situated on a small, narrow lot, so three storeys were required to create optimal living space. The ground level boasts a large living room, kitchen with open plan dining, study and half bath. The second floor contains the sleeping quarters – two double bedrooms and full bath. The top floor can be utilised as an additional bedroom or entertaining area.

The lot is UNFURNISHED, all custom content furnishings pictured in the thumbnails are free items from 4esf . The lot is fully landscaped.
