Hello everyone!

Well, it’s been quite a ride so far!
Three uploads, one of them being a featured lot, and so many wonderful reactions!
Quite a motivation to continue building lots, thank you for that :-)

This time, I wanted to try something new: something a bit more modern.

The house comes with a sloped driveway, a pool which is partially covered by a terrace with –see through tiles-, a very maintainable garden, two bedrooms -one is currently in use as a toddlers bedroom, kind of fits the MTS2 upcomming two year anniversary-, a large open kitchen and plenty of living space.

You'll see that the house is furnished in the screenshots, just to give you an idea what it will look like once you've furnished it with you own favorites.
