It has an open plan salon-boutique, a coffee shop on back porch, unisex restroom, and a cozy staff room (just lock the door).
My sim has made a good profit so far over 3 days and is happily reaping profits.
No hacks in lot...used cleanpack installer. (I have Family Fun Stuff, but i don't think it's needed for this lot.)
Long days and pleasant nights.
