It's a single story house with a garage and parking bay, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen, diningroom and den/living area. The masterbedroom has an en suite and a walk-in closet. There are a few storage 'rooms' that you can use for future improvements. In the garden there is a swingset, a lap pool and some landscaping.
You will need Uni, NightLife, OpenForBusiness (and FamilyFunStuff). There are no hacks in this upload, CleanPack installer was used to remove unwanted files.
