Compact X - 2x2 Spacious lot with daylight basement

Hi Folks!

Despite of its' solid rock appearance, my 10th Compact 2x2 lot is probably the most versatile of the series (until now), thanks to the daylight basement (special thanxs to PlasticBox for his tutorial). With so many useful space your sims can live comfortably in a small 2 storey loft and use the large basement for another activities. For instance:

. With some small modifications you can run a very cozy underground pub. If you want a nice restaurant, just take off the driveways and the garage door and install a fancy double door in its place. There's room enough for a kitchen, bar and tables.
. You can use the basement as a playground for your "fun" sims or a gym for your "heath" sims. They're very appropriate for these.
. You can raise some walls (if you need more rooms), put the right doors and transform the residential lot in a dorm. The basement can be used as a library, study room, studio (music and/or art), "playground" or whatever you like.

Here are some characteristics of the lot:
. It costs 34.242 simoleons and it's unfurnished. I've listed (below) all the furniture you can see in the pics.
. It has a basement garage, half-wall from the floor. This way you can see your sims from outside, through the windows. The major advantage, though, is that the sunlight can come in through basement windows.
. A panoramic elevator from the basement, through the ground floor, to the first floor.
. A nice loft with big windows.
. Two terraces for relaxing, sunbath and barbecue. The jet spa in the pic in not included.
