This is a one-story, three bedroom, four bathroom family house.

The house is fully furnished, including front and back porch, lighting, and a minivan in the garage. It has an easel, a bookshelf, a chess set and the inexpensive telescope for skill building (no TV and no computer).

Most of the colors of furniture, walls, and floors are done in grays and blues. I used this house for a family with three children (including a set of twin girls, which is why one of the bedrooms has two pink beds).

This is built on the 4x4 lot. The cost is about $93,000.
