The home is 1 story but there is plenty of space upstairs for a couple of bedrooms and a bonus room. Also I only added the driveway floor. You need to manually place the driveway on top of there. I was going to place a rotated driveway inside the spare room (see plan) but then the house will crash for the people who have OFB. So you can use that bonus garage space for whatever you want. I am using it as a Study/Library.
