The home was inspired by my aunts home who lives in Galveston she has a home similar to this one with palm trees and an awesome pool. The main rooms of her home like living, kitchen, etc are very mediteranean looking so I tried to do something like that.

Downstairs it has Foyer, Living room, Kitchen with dining area, Rec Room, Powder room and Master Suite. Upstairs is a Sunroom with balcony, 3 Bedrooms and a Hall Bath with Closet. In the exterior there is an "island pool" with hottub area and 2 Outdoor living areas. I made all custom walls for this home except 4 are not mine and the house is FULLY FURNISHED. It comes at just a bit under 280k. Please tell me what you think of the house and my custom walls you will be getting with this home. I have more walls of this type that I can put up for download on here if you like them.

You will be getting mostly everything you see in the house but some things were redone with maxis objects to bring down the file size but 90% of the home looks just like the pictures.
