Back in January 2005 I uploaded my first refurbished building to MTS followed by others so I thought hmmmm... I actually saw a pic of a building similar to this on the internet and thought what a lovely city apartment/business it would make =)

3 Apartments - feature spiral stairwell, elevator - the original facade and roof of the building has been kept and restored.
Apartment 1 is a small 2 storey with garage (direct access), sideway, balcony and very small rear courtyard.
Apartment 2 has direct access to the ground floor retail space and has a garage as well. Apartment 3 is on the 3rd floor. Both apartments 2 & 3 are built open-plan style with a bedroom area mezzanine and of course separate bathrooms. Both these apartments have access to a large rear yard area.

The download for this lot contains:
Revamped - Lot & Build Objects.rar: containing a Sims2Pack with the lot file, walls, floors, windows,doors,columns etc etc. Install using either TS2 Installer or Sims2Pack Clean Installer.
Revamped - Objects By Creator.rar: containing a folder with the furniture & recolours - extract these files to your download directory.
