Singularity - uf 1 br/split level/garage $24k

Singularity is my first lot in a very long time. I have tested it with a Sim so hopefully any buggy bits are worked out.

***Description***
Singularity is a modern self-contained house on a small lot intended for the busy professional single or couple. Featuring split level living, open spaces and vast windowed areas for that bright breezy feel. Direct access to the garage (which could easily be converted for extra living space) is reached via the kitchen and extremely low to NO maintenance gardens makes for extra time for entertaining. Singularity would be the perfect home for the Nightlife area and young social sims!
