This is just a very normal family home for four of your sims. Hopefully with a kind of realistic country/suburban style. I've done my best to make it look like a real home, not a fancy and empty Sims house.
It's not inspired by any particular house, I was just trying to make a garage togheter with a foundation and just kept on building after I was done with that.



Main floor:

• Kitchen, living room and hallway, all in one room to make it feel very spacious.

• One bathroom.

• Master bedroom, a nice place to calm down and have some good sleep.

• Bedroom decorated for a kid, with a sport theme.

Basement:

• Living room/den, interiour design disaster. Only the kids in the house and their friends will like it.

• One bathroom.

• Bedroom decorated for a teenager. Goth-ish theme, but no wonder you're in a dark mood all day when you live in a basement without windows.

• Tiny undecorated room. Would have been a nice loundry room if the sims ever washed their clothes.

Garage:

• Gym stuff and a trash can. Did I forget anything? Oh yes, there's room for a car too.

(Everything should be working as it is intended, but there's a small problem with the breakfast area. It's impossible for sims to walk around the counter to pick up plates because of the wall. Just use the move tool in buy/build mode to move the plate off the counter so the sim can pick it up.)
