Hi, and welcome to the second beach house of Living the Good life. The third one is pretty much finished also, but by the speed I'm uploading, it'll be atleast a couple of months before I upload it.

This was a fun project to me, because it's based on my favourite house in the first TheSims game. Always had to imagine it being on top of a hill close to the beach, but with bon voyage it was time to make that dream come true.

A copy has been playtested for a few sim days. If the house is starts to lag while playing you can remove some of the oleanders, there are many of them to hide the cliff. It was made in Twiikki island if you're wondering.

I know the custom Content List looks long, but it's only one decorative object, two bushes, a rock collection (including a spa) with recolour and one wallpaper. I'm having some troubles with the invisible driveway recolour so it is not included.

And... I hope you like it.
