The Sanctuary, by Zaxis (my second upload btw)

The price is around 163 000 $ - Lot size 4x5

It's ment to be a church-like home for vampires or other pale creatures of the night. Sometimes it's good to have somewhere to meditate and a place to find refuge from vampire hunters and goth kids.
It's sort of a mix of gothic and middle-age style. Above the main floor you'll find a living room with kitchen and stuff like that. It might be a bit of a tight place, but placing sim stuff around in the two other floors just felt wrong. It's possible to expand it though. In the basement there is a main room with a fountain, a room with two coffins and a library.

I don't think the pictures does justice to the beauty of this place so download it and have a look! ;D

It's all decorated and no custom objects (it has one wallpaper and one floor made by me) or cheats except for move_objects were used. Checked with clean installer.
