Hello, and welcome to part three of Living the good life. This time I'm glad to bring you a larger house fit for a family. It's actually inspired by a real house, but it doesn't even look remotely the same. :D

Cheesy description: Even with it's down to earth facade and decorating, the house also has a luxurious side to it. Upstairs there's a huge room with kitchen, dining area and living area. Your sims will definately want to spend time in the living area, the ocean view from there is extraordinary. There's also a nice little bath and a bedroom. Downstairs you'll find the large main bedroom (also with a very nice view) with 'office' area in the back, easy access to the bathroom with sauna, and to the gym (Which was made to be easily converted to bedroom or hobby room). The rest you'll have to see for yourself.
