It took me about 8 attempts to get this right but I finally managed to do it.

It's the Maxis toddler underwear, I edited the Alpha so no new mesh is required.

Even though you can't see it in the pictures, the nappy is the same texture as the Maxis version. I never realised quite how difficult it is to get a decent picture of a toddler!
