Rural Route 1 Hootin Holler
3x1 lot for $19,704.00
Partially furnished- contains porch chair, tv on porch, toliet, and kitchen sink

Two room cabin with a porch with a tiny creek running under the front of the house surrounded by trees. There is a small hill behind the house covered with pine trees as the cabin is slightly elevated from ground level.

The porch is on poles over the creek which overlooks the driveway and still more trees. All on a 3x1 lot. This is a single floor lot so there is room to expand upward but this is mainly for a working sim looking for a peaceful place to write that masterpiece novel late in the night.
