User Interface mod: UK English corrections (up to Pets only)

This mod changes several US English spellings to UK English forms, such as neighborhood -> neighbourhood.
This will only work for games installed with the UK English locale (TS2 in English with a 24-hour clock).

It is compatible from the base game to XP4 (Pets), and will work with any combination. It does not matter if you do not have all XPs or SPs. I have personally tested it with TS2 base game only, TS2+Uni, and TS2+everything.

This originally was going to be a full UK English mod, but at the moment it only does the user interface. Text descriptions of objects are not fixed.

Note: renaming the files may cause them not to work. So I recommend unzipping them with path name retention to \Downloads\Spelling or similar so you know what they're for.
