Throw Party menu fix for UK English players

Ever since Pets, anyone who has either Holiday Pack or Edition (both the 2005 and 2006) ones, and is playing in UK English (the 24-hour clock), has two "Throw Party" menus on the phones:
One for all standard parties, and one for the "New Year's Bash".

The cause is a typo in the Party Pack override package: EA used the ellipsis character "…" instead of three dots: "...".

By placing the attached mod in your game this error is corrected, and you will only have one "Throw Party" menu again.

I found this by accident while I was working on another (as yet unreleased) mod.

Who needs it?
Only people who have and Pets or Seasons, and a Holiday Party Pack or a Holiday Edition of The Sims 2 need it.
Additionally, they must be playing in UK English (have a 24-hour clock). This mod will be rolled into my User Interface mod: UK English corrections so if you get the updated version of that, you can skip this mod.

Variations
There are two downloads here.
*PetsHPPMenuFix.zip is just the bugfix. Try this first, place it in your downloads folder. If it doesn't work, get:
*HolidayNewYearsPartyPhoneCall_Override.zip -- place this in XP4-Pets\TSData\Res\Overrides where "XP4-Pets" is your Pets install folder. Overwrite the existing file.

If you have Seasons, place it in XP5-Seasons\TSData\Res\Overrides instead. Again, backup the original.
