is a very old beach house. It has been neglected since centuries until a man bought it and tried to renovate it entirely. Sadly he never finished as he died in an accident, he only changed the exterior doors and windows. Take advantage of the situation, buy it, renovate it at your taste then you could resell it well and make some money !
Downstairs are a living, a dining, and a kitchen with a nook, plus a powder. Upstairs are three bedrooms and one bathroom.
The car can park at the back, and is included in the price.
