I built this to see if it was possible to put together a fully furnished and decorated house and still have enough for a decent car, it worked so I decided to share it. So here it is, a fully furnished and equiped house, fully decorated and with your own HUNKA 711. My original plan was to build a garage but I couldn't afford it and the furnishing so dropped the idea (for now at least).
The house also features an entire wall of windows overlooking the drive so you can keep an eye on your pride & joy.
I could have cut a few corners and saved a bit of cash but I wanted the house to have as much practical stuff in it as possible so you should be able to meet most of your sims needs. I couldn't stretch to a TV but you do get a stereo and bookcase, anyway have a play around with it enjoy your top of the range sports car.
