Greetings
This is my first upload, a beautiful Elven dormitory for your more magically inclined university students. I've checked it with the clean pack installer and it's ready to go!

The dorm features 4 floors, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a beautiful covered cafe.

Lot Size: 2x2
Price: As it is a dorm, 'tis free for all! Hooray!
