New State University Project: Large dormitory

Since I started a new 'hood, I realised that I needed to build another uni campus, from scratch (I just can't live with the ones that come with the game). So here is the first installment.

This lot kinda serves as an update on my previous "Posh Dorm", but I much prefer this one. It's a large dorm in a bit of a fancy building. There are 10 rooms, including doubles and singles. All rooms have a wardrobe and a desk. There is a cafeteria downstairs, plus a library, a music room and a small gym. On the first floor is a common room with sofas, a TV and a kitchenette. Outside is a BBQ area and a little pavillon where sims can play chess. On the top floor there are communal bathrooms, but there are also small bathrooms and WCs on the middle floor. There are no ensuites, I decided that was a bit luxury for free lodgings!

This is CC free, but you will need all EPs up to BV.
