You can search the Chateau-Neuf de Bayard in a dictionnary, it dont exist in reality. I choose the name of the famous knight Bayard because he was born not to far from my town. I wanted to make a medieval castel with all the marvelous stuff I had from the magic moders, Uk1967, mia86....

The lot is sloped (normal for a castle) the medieval wall is down in some places, you can see the ruins of an old mill. the other parts of the mill are transformed in an inside/outside swiming pool . In the guards room the game and party room is installed.
The arts room is on the floor level of the tower, in the main building is the knights oratory.
On first level there is the dining room with it chimey, a modern kitchen and the dining room (in the tower). The second level is those of the three bedrooms, two of them with private bathroom.
