Hi All,
Now, onto business, this is my very first upload and I did my best to keep the house as full of maxis content as possible. However I did use the following included free content:
Victorian quaint fence (from Holy Simoly).

The home has a cost of $73,183 simoleans. I am aware that this is high for a cabin, but it is:
*Fully furnished & Fully decorated*
(and also landscaped)
I really hope that everyone enjoys my first upload- I will be making more sim houses from Robert Knights' home plans. I will be sure to upload them as I create them.

I bring you a truly fantastic cabin that I have built myself! Awhile back, I stumbled upon a superb blueprint from www.architecturalhouseplans.com created by an architect named Robert Knight whilst I was searching for plans to build my own personal sim abodes.
The home is completely lit by candlelight, is built on a 3X2 lot, has 3 bedrooms/2 baths, a full kitchen, dining room, living area, TV nook, entryway and front porch/entry.
Once I built this spacious yet compact beauty, I couldn't help but to furnish it and upload it to share with my favorite simming site!
