This is my first dowload!!

After looking at the cool houses on this site, i finnally decided to make one.

The lot size this house is sitting on is 50x40.

The cost of this lot would be $253,554.

This house or as i should say houses, are medium sized.

The lot is a dorm.

It has three houses in one!!
Each of them have the same inside colors but the outsides are different.

With the doors, from tunaisafish, the sims who owns one can use it without any other family coming into his/her house. You just click on the door and give the key(s) to who ever you want.

DO NOT PUT THIS HOUSE ON ANY OTHER SITE UNLESS YOU LINK BACK TO THIS THREAD!!!!!!!
