Hi - This is my very first uploaded lot. I have packaged it unfurnised because personally I like to decorate my own stuff and figured you might want to as well. I did furnish this house, but did not package it furnished. If all goes well, I will supply it furnised for you as well.

This is what I call the Brick Country Charmer. It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths, eat-in-kitchen with breakfast bar, a huge greatroom with fireplace, large master bedroom with bath, covered front porch, double garage, back patio with hot tub and deck and a pretty fountain in the front yard, also includes a bonus room above the garage that could be used as a game room or a 4th bedroom.

Lot size is 4x4 and will cost you 100,832

Let me note that I have Uni, NL, OFB & Pets EP's all installed.

Run through Clean Installer.
