Whether you are north or south of the Mason-Dixon Line doesn’t matter as long as you are comfortable at home.

Built from a design originating in the 1860’s, the design looks essentially like a country house. Yet, some of the architectural details hint to an urban influence and can rank it as a country house of considerable importance in the mid-19th century.

The building has three stories: the main floor, the second floor and the basement. The main floor includes the parlor, library, dining room, kitchen with walk-in pantry and back room. The second floor includes the bathroom and six bedrooms, including one whose only access is through the kitchen for those hired hands that live in the house. The basement is perfect for storing those items your Sims are not using but may need later. In addition, a gravel driveway gives your Sims a place to park their car and still have that country feel.

The only furnishings included with the home are in the kitchen (counters, refrigerator, oven and sink), the bathroom (toilet, sink and bathtub) and parlor and dining room (fireplaces).

The computer on which this house was constructed has all expansions and stuff packs installed except the Holiday Stuff Pack, but only Nightlife and Seasons are required to use it.

The rar file contains only the lot file, which includes the custom content.

Please note that the house appears to be missing some of the second story walls in the neighborhood view due to roof placement.
