Hi, here is a home that I call Victorian Gem.

Sitting on a 4 x 4

It comes with a two Car garage, and a home on a foundation.

2 floors with a sunken sitting room with fireplace.

This lot was made on my system and I have Base through Pets, so I believe that you will need them too.

3 bedrooms (4 if you convert the Nursery to another bedroom.)

4 Bathrooms including one Master Suite. outdoor pool, partially furnished with fine Victorian Era furniture and some

modern ammentities, all for the price of 393,306.

1st floor:
Kitchen, Dinette, Dining room, Sitting Room, Library, Sunken Family room, Entry foyer.

2nd floor:
Master Bedroom Bathroom, Dressingroom, private Library/office plus a connected Second Bedroom/Nursery, childrens

bedroom/playroom w/ Attached Bath, Spare bedroom, shared bath, large hallway.
