Sooo, you’re fresh out of college or maybe you’re in graduate school purchasing / paying rent on a house sort of in your price range. If you play the Sims without cheat codes then you probably know how hard it is at times to be dirt broke with little to no intentions of checking the mailbox when the little red flag is up. The mail man comes early in the morning. Well you decide to put a down payment on a small house out in the suburbs that is partially furnished, then you steal your parent’s coffee maker, and lug along your trustee microwave and computer from the college dorm. As life hits you head on, you then stop to notice that you have bills to pay, turn off that hair dryer I’m trying to go down on my electric bill. Then you have to fight for that larger room with your roommate who shares rent with you. All and all you have your own closet, and you don’t live in one like back when you were in the dormitories. The place you call a starter home is now fully furnished with dirt cheap items, an thank god the land lord just had the place painted and put in knew flooring, and not to mention a little walk from the house and woops there’s a dish washer and a… a, trash compacter room, but how can they do that is this a cheat, nope just a little reward for you.
The House is built in Starter home style. It contains:
2 cheap Bedrooms
2 cheap Bathrooms no more community showers
Kitchen/ what you call a dinning room
Living area, not a living room
A small yard for you and your friends to have a party cause you cant do it indoors (just kidding).
If you downloaded one of my houses before I usually put (Alarms and phones are placed in respectful areas. And all that good stuff) Well this time there is only one phone and one fire alarm, hope no one steals your stuff before you can buy a security alarm.
