Hi everyone!

This lot is another small base game starter. Just install and move in! Great for a single sim or a couple.

Rooms: 1 Bedroom with double bed, 1 Bathroom, 1 Kitchen with dinette, 1 Livingroom, and Deck

This house in furnished with the needs to fit 1-2 sims. Unique features include a back deck with a grill. There is some decor and landscaping. This house can easily be expanded with extra rooms, a second floor, or a basement. There is also room on the lot for a driveway.

P.S. I started using a different file compressing program, so hopefully Q-Xpress will not give you any more problems. But...if Q-Xpress does gives you problems, please download and install this lot manually.
