Hello again!

Here is another base game sarter home the does not require any custom content. I made this one a few months back and decided to revisit it. These little houses are my favorite this to create, and I hope you enjoy this one

Rooms: 1 Bedroom with double bed, 1 Bathroom, 1 Kitchen with dinette, Living room

This house is furnished with the needs for 1 or 2 sims. Interesting features include a loft bedroom, U-shaped stairs, and a fenced in yard. There is some decor and landscaping. This house can easily be expanded off the kitchen area.
