Gaia House (No CC)

I originally created this house for somebody over at Gaia Online but I like it that much that I've decided to upload it here for everybody to enjoy. (and so that the Gaia member can download it)



The house is on a 3x4 sized lot, costs a total of 52,773 simoleans and the only furnished rooms are the two bathrooms.
As far as I know you should only need to have the base game and Nightlife installed to make use of this lot in your game.
There are no custom items used in this upload and it has been checked and cleaned with Clean Installer.
I hope you and your Sims enjoy it very much.
